Clara goes back to our first show dog and the start of our hobby in goldens, CH Brianne's Luminous Gold Masterpiece BN RE CGC-- also known as Gibbs. Clara comes from our wonderful friends, Marcy and Bill Kronz of Ruffwater Goldens. Clara is extra special to us and is named in homage to both her relationship to our past in Gibbs, and our future as our foundation bitch.
Clara is short coupled, with a gorgeous headpiece- weighing in about 55 lbs. Her well laid shoulders, length of neck, and solid topline make for a beautiful outline. She is birdy and smart- we hope to achieve her Junior Hunter and Working Certificate titles as we are currently training toward them. Both of her parents are AKC Champion-Master Hunters which is a huge accomplishment. We hope that Clara can follow into their footprints.
Clara is a joy to train, loves birds while having an "off" switch for snoozing on the couch. She's a super-snuggler, loves our children and has lots of personality. She's never met a stranger and is always eager for a belly-rub. We plan to breed Clara in the fall of 2026 and bring her back out to the conformation ring after her maternity leave to finish her championship.
Clara finished her Rally Intermediate title in June 2026 at the GPGRC Specialty with a first place finish.
